This unit includes private use of the garden.  Parking garage for one small-medium sedan is available for an additional fee $250. Long term renters will be responsible for paying water usage.  Short term renters will have included  all utilities, gardening service, garbage removal service , as well as linens and dining/cooking accesories.

Small to medium sized pets are allowed with approval.
